As the most adventurous brewery in Belgium, we are constantly looking for the balance between craft and adventure. Genuine traditionally brewed Belgian beers, but with a surprising twist due to the special ingredients. Together with Cristoforo Colombo and Gerardus Mercator (also known as the Fleming who created our world map!) we like to take our beer lovers on a journey of discovery. Experiencing wonderful adventures and also discovering the most tasteful ingredients for the beers. How about a trip through America where the citrus and tropical fruit aromas of Mosaic hops slowly reach your nose. Or being surprised by the nutty and floral taste of Paradise seeds after a grueling journey through the jungle of West Africa…
