Discover Messner IPA
The Italian king of mountains, Reinhold Messner, was the first person on planet earth to climb all 14 mountains above 8000 metres. Of course, he first had to practise hard in the phenomenal Cascade Mountains in America where he discovered the eponymous hop variety, delicious in his mountain beer. That he didn’t require any oxygen on the actual eight-thousanders made sense, he had summit hops for that 😉 .

Amarillo hop from Treasure Valley (VS)
Did you know that there are 2 groups of hops: bitter hops and dry hops? Bitter hops are added at the beginning of the boiling process and provide the bitter flavour. Dry hops are added at the end and give nice aromas. Amarillo can be used for both 😊.
Summit hop from Yakima Valley (VS)
Did you know that summit hops are the strongest bitter hops on the market and are also a 'dwarf' hop? ‘Dwarf’ means that hobby brewers can easily grow the hops in their backyard. Let’s get started 😉.
